Ultherapy Prime is a HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound) technology with integrated real-time ultrasound imaging. This means that during the procedure we can see exactly which layers we are treating: the deep dermis, the SMAS and, where indicated, deeper fascia.
This difference is key: it allows us to tailor depth and energy to the actual thickness of each patient's tissue, so as to fine-tune the treatment and reduce the risk of treating unsuitable areas. Focused ultrasound induces a controlled thermal contraction that stimulates collagen and elastin production, resulting in a progressive lifting effect over 3-6 months.
Suitable for moderate laxity of the neck, facial oval, décolletage and brows. The session lasts 60-90 minutes, requires no anaesthetic (only topical comfort measures) and there is no downtime. Whether and when to repeat it is decided at the review.

¿Qué es Ultherapy Prime?
Es una tecnología de ultrasonido focalizado de alta intensidad (HIFU) con ecografía integrada, que permite ver en tiempo real las capas que se tratan: dermis profunda, SMAS y, si está indicado, fascia. Así se ajustan la profundidad y la energía a cada paciente.
¿Para qué sirve Ultherapy?
Para la flacidez moderada del cuello, el óvalo facial, el escote y las cejas. Produce un efecto lifting progresivo porque estimula la producción de colágeno y elastina.
¿Cuándo se ven los resultados de Ultherapy?
El efecto es progresivo y se va notando durante los 3-6 meses siguientes, a medida que se forma colágeno nuevo.
¿Duele Ultherapy?
Se notan pulsos de calor y molestia en algunos puntos, que varía según la zona y la persona. No requiere anestesia, solo medidas de confort, y la sesión dura entre 60 y 90 minutos.
¿Tiene recuperación Ultherapy y cada cuánto se repite?
No tiene tiempo de recuperación: puede haber enrojecimiento leve unas horas. Para mantener el resultado suele bastar una sesión al año.
