Ultherapy Prime is the only HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound) technology approved by the FDA with integrated real-time ultrasound imaging. This means that during the procedure we can see exactly which layers we are treating: the deep dermis, the SMAS and, where indicated, deeper fascia.
This difference is key: it allows us to tailor depth and energy to the actual thickness of each patient's tissue, maximising the result and minimising the risk of treating unsuitable areas. Focused ultrasound induces a controlled thermal contraction that stimulates collagen and elastin production, resulting in a progressive lifting effect over 3-6 months.
Suitable for moderate laxity of the neck, facial oval, décolletage and brows. The session lasts 60-90 minutes, requires no anaesthetic (only topical comfort measures) and there is no downtime. One session a year is enough to maintain the result.
