Accessibility Statement
At Harmony by Agas we want everyone to be able to access our information and services on equal terms, regardless of their technical, sensory or motor ability. That is why we work to make harmonybyagas.com as accessible as possible.
1. Scope of the statement
This statement applies to the website harmonybyagas.com and its official subdomains. It does not apply to linked third-party content (embedded maps, external videos, social media), which is governed by its own policies.
2. Reference standard
We work to achieve and maintain conformance level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, published by the W3C, as well as with Real Decreto 1112/2018, which regulates the accessibility of public-sector websites and serves as good practice for the private sector.
3. Compliance status
The website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA owing to the exceptions listed below. We are working on a continuous improvement plan to resolve them.
4. Accessibility features implemented
- Semantic HTML5 structure with hierarchical headings (h1–h3) and landmarks (header, nav, main, footer).
- Verified colour contrast (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text).
- Alternative text (the
altattribute) on images that serve an informative function. - Correct labelling of forms with a
labelassociated with each field. - Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus.
- Support for assistive technologies (NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver screen readers).
- Correct response to the operating system's "reduced motion" preference.
- Responsive design adapted to mobile, tablet and desktop.
- Page language correctly declared (
lang="es").
5. Non-accessible content
The following areas may not be fully accessible:
- Some decorative images or editorial photographs do not carry an extended description.
- Videos linked from external providers (YouTube, Vimeo) that may not have Spanish subtitles.
- Embedded Google Maps maps: accessibility depends on Google.
- Older PDF documents may not be tagged for screen readers.
We are working to correct these limitations progressively.
6. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared in accordance with the methodology set out in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523. The review was carried out by means of:
- Manual audit of the most visited pages.
- Testing with a screen reader (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS).
- Automated validation with the Lighthouse, axe DevTools and WAVE tools.
- Keyboard navigation testing.
7. Feedback and contact
If you come across any accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement, write to us at estetica@harmonybyagas.com with the subject line "Accessibility". We undertake to reply within a maximum of 20 working days and to take your input into account in the next review.
If you consider that your request has not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the relevant authority.
8. Continuous improvement plan
We have the following actions planned for the coming months:
- External audit by accessibility specialists.
- Review and improvement of editorial images with fuller descriptions.
- Subtitling of our own videos.
