  • Active infections in the treatment area.

  • Active herpes.
  • Active skin cancer in the area.
  • Suspicious pigmented lesions without a medical diagnosis.
  • Recent ablative treatments (CO₂ laser, deep peels, etc.).

  • Impaired wound healing or a tendency to keloids.
